"Delivered with Pride" is a wonderful book. While David Schauer's "Duluth Winnipeg & Pacific in Color" provides good background and lots of full color images, Jon Severson really delves into the history of the "PEG". I was thrilled with the many historic photos of contruction along the line. Chock full of period black and white photos and also many contemporary shots of scenes all the the line give the reader a sense of the Glory days and the eventual decline. "Delivered With Pride" is the perfect companion book to David Schauer's "Duluth, Winnipeg & Pacific in color". A must have for anyone interested in this unique shortline Railroad or the colorful history of Northern Minnesota.
